G.O. H.A.R.D. (Globally Organized Hug A Runner Day) is celebrated in Portland and we thought – why not Taos?! This could be the single best day of the year.
Every runner deserves a hug. A real hug. The kind of hug that says, “Even if I don’t understand why you do it, I appreciate and recognize your effort.”

4:00pm – meet at Kit Carson Park stage area
4:05pm – thank you to everyone involved
4:10pm – tigers huddle, everyone welcome
4:15pm – lap around Kit Carson Park with Taos Tigers
4:25pm – police escort, run to Taos Plaza
4:30pm – victory lap around Taos Plaza
4:35pm – honoring of champions by Mayor Cordova
4:40pm – closing prayer
4:45pm – snacks and hot chocolate
